Founder
Every business Stephen worked with over the past decade had the same blind spot. The knowledge that actually ran the company was never captured anywhere. It lived in the founder's head, in hallway conversations, in decisions nobody documented. He started Consciens to fix that. Today he works directly with business owners to extract what their teams know and build Company Brains that make that knowledge permanent.
Outside of work, he spends time with friends and family, rock climbing, running, or hiking Colorado's mountains.
AI Practice Lead & Solutions Architect
Devendra brings over 20 years of enterprise consulting experience, with a background in solution architecture, systems strategy, and client delivery at firms including Accenture and Wipro. His work spans finance, retail, manufacturing, and technology, helping organizations translate complex business knowledge into practical, scalable systems. At Consciens, he supports client delivery, knowledge mapping, and the development and improvement of AI implementation practices.
Outside of work, he manages his own real estate portfolio and experiments with AI applications and local model development.
Business Intelligence Lead
Victoria brings a financial analyst background having built data models for 15+ years to track, forecast, and predict key business metrics and performance. Her experience covers various industries including software, telecom, manufacturing, real estate, construction, and financial services. At Consciens, she supports advancing the use of AI to transform an organization's cross-system data into actionable insights.
Outside of work, she enjoys participating in community tech events, listening to podcasts, and discovering new house music.
AI Systems Engineer
Ruben supports the technical foundation of the AI systems built at Consciens. As a U.S. Army veteran, he brings discipline, structure, and a hands-on approach to modern AI infrastructure, including workflow automation, data pipelines, and retrieval-augmented systems. His work contributes to research, prototyping, and system development across the firm's projects, helping translate architecture plans into practical technical solutions.
Outside of work, he is usually building personal projects, testing new tools, and spending time with the people closest to him.
