The Site is provided for general informational purposes about Consciens and our services. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malware or other harmful code; or
• scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site or its content except as permitted below.

Content on the Site is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. Using the Site does not create a client, advisory, or other professional relationship between you and Logos Strategy Co.

Any engagement for our services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Logos Strategy Co. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into such an agreement, and booking a discovery session or contacting us does not obligate either party. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, that agreement controls for the services it covers.

The Site and its contents — including the Consciens name and mark, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Logos Strategy Co. and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “Own what you know.” is a trademark of Logos Strategy Co. LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including our scheduling provider and the Cerino platform. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logos Strategy Co. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logos Strategy Co. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue the Site, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Colorado will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
